Worst after sale service
I am profoundly disappointed with my recent purchase of a Multynet LED, which is currently under warranty. Despite encountering an internet connectivity issue and promptly reporting it, my experience with Multynet’s customer service has been nothing short of disheartening. Regrettably, I have faced consistent disappointments and encountered outright lies from every department of Multynet since raising this issue nearly two months ago. The lack of genuine concern for my complaint has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
